Our Mission
Our Vision
What is the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce?
The chamber is a non-profit organization representing a broad-based coalition of
businesses organizations throughout Seminole County and Central Florida. Our funding
comes from membership, special events, and publications. Although we are not a government
agency, we do work closely with the State of Florida, Seminole County, and the cities
and officials. Those Seminole County cities are Altamonte Springs, Casselberry,
Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, and Winter Springs.
Who belongs to the chamber?
The chamber's membership reflects a cross section of Central Florida's businesses
of all sizes, geographic locations, and occupations. Approximately 75 percent of
the membership has 10 or fewer employees, yet collectively, our members employ over
85,000 people. Currently, we represent over 1700 active members from 40 cities in
7 Central Florida counties and we are growing each month!
How do you improve the success of my business?
The chamber provides outstanding services, events, and opportunities to our business
members for building relationships that last a lifetime. Among the great benefits
that we offer our members include the following:
- Monthly Meetings like Good Morning Seminole!, Business After Hours, New
Member Receptions, and Professional Women's Network, and various committee meetings.
- Power Luncheons featuring high-profile keynote speakers like local, state,
and federal elected officials, business leaders, and more!
- Chamber Ambassadors and Board of Director programs to get our members more
actively involved in the Chamber and become leaders within the community
- Advertising and promotion opportunities
- Chamber Partnerships where the Chamber utilizes your company as a resource
for our organization and the benefit of our members …And Much More!
How do you improve the success of the business community?
We focus our efforts on creating a community environment that is good for business.
We accomplish this by advocating the business viewpoint at all levels of government
to ensure that public policy decisions lead to a healthy business climate and a
better quality of life. Striving for better economic growth will ensure a higher
quality of life for all.
